Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process daily invoices, payments, and receipts with high accuracy.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure all financial statements are up to date.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures and financial reporting.
- Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems for audits.
- Support the finance team with ad-hoc reporting and data analysis.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local accounting standards.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors regarding account matters.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar Accounts Executive role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., MyOB, SAP) and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of local GAAP and financial regulations in Malaysia.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
