Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily accounts payable and receivable operations efficiently.
- Perform accurate bank reconciliations and maintain updated cash flow records.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements and reports.
- Process payroll and ensure timely disbursement of salaries to all employees.
- Review and verify invoices for accuracy, authorization, and coding.
- Maintain the general ledger system and perform month-end closing procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant working experience in accounting or finance.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia for effective communication.
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
