Tanggung Jawab
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and income reports
- Oversee project accounting, including cost tracking and budget monitoring
- Reconcile bank accounts and resolve financial discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial planning initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CMA preferred)
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in financial accounting
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of construction industry accounting practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
