Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage complete accounting cycle including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with accurate data analysis
  • Oversee end-to-end payroll processing ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursements
  • Analyze financial data to identify cost optimization opportunities and implement efficiency measures
  • Ensure compliance with Malaysian accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls
  • Collaborate with auditors during financial examinations and provide necessary documentation
  • Develop and maintain financial reporting systems for management decision-making support

Kualifikasi

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA)
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in full-set accounting and payroll processing
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Excel with advanced functions
  • Strong understanding of Malaysian taxation, GST, and labor regulations
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments
  • Proven track record in process improvement and cost reduction initiatives
