Tanggung Jawab
- Manage complete accounting cycle including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with accurate data analysis
- Oversee end-to-end payroll processing ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursements
- Analyze financial data to identify cost optimization opportunities and implement efficiency measures
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls
- Collaborate with auditors during financial examinations and provide necessary documentation
- Develop and maintain financial reporting systems for management decision-making support
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA)
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in full-set accounting and payroll processing
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Excel with advanced functions
- Strong understanding of Malaysian taxation, GST, and labor regulations
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments
- Proven track record in process improvement and cost reduction initiatives
