Tanggung Jawab
- Handle full set of accounts and ensure accurate daily financial record-keeping.
- Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions, including reconciliation.
- Prepare monthly management reports, bank reconciliations, and financial statements.
- Monitor cash flow and oversee petty cash management.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, and relevant government authorities.
- Assist in year-end closing processes and budget preparation.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal financial policies.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA/LCCI).
- Minimum 1-3 years of working experience in an accounting role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, UBS, or similar ERP systems) and MS Office (especially Excel).
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.
- Good command of written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (preferred for client communication).
- Highly proactive, organized, and a strong sense of integrity.
