Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full sets of accounts including AP/AR, general ledger, and month-end closing
- Prepare financial statements and ensure compliance with Singapore accounting standards
- Oversee financial operations for construction and interior design projects
- Coordinate with auditors and tax authorities during audits and filings
- Develop and maintain internal financial controls and reporting systems
- Analyze financial data to support budgeting and forecasting processes
- Liaise with departments to ensure accurate project cost tracking
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent professional certification
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in full-cycle accounting
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of Singapore FRS and tax regulations
- Experience in construction or interior design industry preferred
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
