Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full sets of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).
- Prepare monthly financial and management reports accurately and within established deadlines.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and monitor daily cash flow movements.
- Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements, including SST submissions and corporate tax regulations.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely processing of invoices and payments.
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and liaise with external auditors and tax agents.
- Maintain a systematic filing system for all financial documents to ensure easy retrieval and audit readiness.
- Provide support for annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or CPA).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant working experience in a similar accounting role.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, SAP, or MYOB) and Microsoft Excel.
- Solid understanding of Malaysian Private Entity Reporting Standards (MPERS) and local tax laws.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet tight reporting deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
