Tanggung Jawab
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently to ensure timely settlements.
- Verify and process incoming vendor invoices for payment accuracy.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and maintain accurate general ledger accounts.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, trial balances, and expense summaries.
- Assist in the annual audit process by providing necessary documentation and schedules.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and filing systems.
- Handle month-end closing procedures and assist in cash flow management.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar Accounts Executive role.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or MYOB).
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian Accounting Standards (MAS).
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
