In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing vendor invoices, and ensuring timely payments to suppliers. You will also assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements, bank reconciliations, and general ledger activities. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently to ensure timely settlements.
  • Verify and process incoming vendor invoices for payment accuracy.
  • Perform daily bank reconciliations and maintain accurate general ledger accounts.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, trial balances, and expense summaries.
  • Assist in the annual audit process by providing necessary documentation and schedules.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and filing systems.
  • Handle month-end closing procedures and assist in cash flow management.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar Accounts Executive role.
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or MYOB).
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian Accounting Standards (MAS).
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
