Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
- Perform accurate bank reconciliations and verify transaction discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly management reports and financial statements.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and expense claims.
- Monitor cash flow and assist in budget tracking for various resort departments.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and conduct periodic physical audits.
- Liaise with internal and external auditors for compliance and annual tax filing purposes.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CPA).
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in an accounting or finance role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or SQL Accounting) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Knowledge of Malaysian tax regulations and financial reporting standards (MFRS/MPERS).
