This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual to take ownership of full-set accounting functions while enjoying a balanced 5-day work week.

As our Accounts Executive, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the financial integrity of our operations. You will be responsible for daily bookkeeping, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. We value efficiency, accuracy, and a strong analytical mindset. Whether you are working from our Pioneer or Buona Vista locations, you will be supported by a professional team committed to excellence and career growth.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage full-set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).
  • Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accurate record-keeping of financial transactions.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly management reports and financial statements.
  • Ensure timely submission of GST filings and compliance with statutory audit requirements.
  • Monitor cash flow, manage petty cash, and handle intercompany reconciliations.
  • Collaborate with department heads to assist with budget preparation and variance analysis.
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors during year-end closing processes.
  • Maintain fixed asset registers and ensure accurate depreciation scheduling.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (ACCA/CA/CPA qualifications are a plus).
  • Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in full-set accounting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, SAP, or QuickBooks).
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and tax regulations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Highly organized, meticulous, and capable of meeting tight month-end deadlines.
  • Immediate availability or short notice period is preferred.
