OWNDAYS is currently seeking a motivated Accounts Executive for a 6-month contract engagement. Based in the heart of the Central Region, this role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced retail finance environment.
As an Accounts Executive, you will play a critical role in maintaining the financial integrity of our daily operations. You will support our finance team by managing core accounting workflows, ensuring accurate reporting, and streamlining invoicing processes. We are looking for an individual who is highly organized, proficient with accounting software, and ready to contribute to our dynamic team immediately. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable functions, including accurate invoicing.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure daily cash flow accuracy.
- Process expense claims and verify supporting documentation.
- Support the finance team during month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies.
- Maintain systematic filing of financial records and ensure compliance with internal controls.
- Assist with ad-hoc accounting tasks as assigned by the Finance Manager.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience in an accounting or administrative role.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Xero, SAP, or MYOB).
- Strong analytical mindset with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Available to commit to a 6-month contract duration.
