About the Role: TOUCH Community Services is inviting a dedicated Accounts Executive to join our finance team on a 6-month contract. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the Accounts Receivable processes for our diverse service units and manage the processing of donations and funds raised with precision. We are looking for a professional who is not only detail-oriented but also passionate about supporting the financial health of a community-focused organization.

  • Manage and oversee the Accounts Receivable (AR) functions for all service units.

  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements and reports.
  • Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and filing systems.
  • Liaise with service units regarding outstanding payments and financial queries.
  • Support the Finance Manager with ad-hoc accounting duties and audits.

Kualifikasi

  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and GST regulations in Singapore.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
