Our client, a prestigious Private Advertiser based in KLCC, is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage their core accounting processes. In this high-standards environment, you will be responsible for ensuring every transaction is processed flawlessly and fully compliant with Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and tax regulations.
This is a full-time, on-site position offering a competitive salary of RM 3,800 to RM 4,500 per month. You will report directly to the Finance Manager, taking ownership of the day-to-day accounting functions. From processing invoices and reconciling bank statements to ensuring timely SST submissions and audit schedules, your role is critical to the financial health of the organization. Your Key Focus Areas:
- Accuracy First: Oversee full-spectrum account processing including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger.
- Compliance Champion: Ensure strict adherence to internal policies, MFRS, and statutory requirements like SST.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement efficiencies in the accounting workflow to reduce errors and turnaround time.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, management reports, and ad-hoc analyses.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the complete cycle of account processing (AP, AR, GL) with zero data entry errors.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, MFRS, and tax regulations (including SST).
- Prepare accurate monthly financial statements, management accounts, and supporting schedules.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations and inter-company balance reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Coordinate and liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and company secretary for annual audits and tax filings.
- Maintain fixed asset register and ensure proper depreciation calculations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, MIA).
- Minimum 2 years of practical accounting experience, preferably in full set accounts.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, Autocount, SAP, UBS) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of Malaysian tax laws (SST, CP204, CP204A) and MFRS.
- Meticulous attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while being a strong team player.
