PERSOL is seeking a proactive and meticulous Accounts Executive (AP) to join our high-performing finance team in the Central Region. In this role, you will be the backbone of our financial operations, ensuring that all Accounts Payable processes are executed with precision, compliance, and efficiency.

You will play a vital role in maintaining our vendor relationships, managing the integrity of our financial data, and supporting the month-end closing processes. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the full spectrum of the Accounts Payable process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
  • Perform daily data entry of supplier invoices into the accounting system with high attention to detail.
  • Prepare and perform payment runs via bank portals and ensure all supporting documents are duly authorized.
  • Reconcile vendor statements of accounts and resolve any discrepancies or billing issues promptly.
  • Assist in the month-end closing process, including the preparation of aging reports and accruals.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for all financial records, ensuring audit-readiness at all times.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure compliance with company financial policies and procurement procedures.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (LCCI/ACCA certification is an advantage).
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or general bookkeeping roles.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
  • Hands-on experience with major accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Xero, or MYOB).
  • Strong numerical accuracy and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with stakeholders and vendors professionally.
  • A proactive team player with a high degree of integrity and professional ethics.
