Are you a meticulous Accounts Payable professional looking to join a dynamic team in the Offshore Oil & Gas industry? StaffKing Pte Ltd is currently seeking a highly organized Accounts Executive to join our client on a 6-month renewable contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity to gain industry-specific experience while working in a supportive environment located in Ubi.
As an Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for the end-to-end processing of accounts payable functions, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and adherence to company policies. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable with high-volume processing, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment. This role offers a competitive basic salary of up to $4,000 plus a monthly transport allowance of $100.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full cycle of Accounts Payable (AP) processes, ensuring timely and accurate entry of invoices.
- Perform 3-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and delivery orders.
- Process employee expense claims and verify compliance with company reimbursement policies.
- Prepare weekly/monthly payment runs via bank transfer or cheque for suppliers.
- Reconcile vendor statements of accounts and resolve any payment discrepancies promptly.
- Assist in month-end closing activities and maintain an organized filing system for audit purposes.
- Support the finance team with other ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (ACCA/CAT/LCCI qualifications are an advantage).
- At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience in Accounts Payable or general bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software systems.
- Strong analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to commit to a 6-month contract with the potential for renewal.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prior exposure to the Oil & Gas industry is highly desirable but not mandatory.
