- Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring accurate financial records
- Generate and issue invoices to clients in a timely manner
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on outstanding payments
- Reconcile accounts and resolve billing discrepancies with clients
- Process cash receipts and apply payments to appropriate accounts
- Prepare monthly accounts receivable reports for management review
- Collaborate with sales and other departments to resolve billing issues
- Implement effective collection strategies to minimize overdue accounts
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounts receivable or similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
