Accounts Executive (AP)

Anradus is excited to partner with a leading organization in the industrial and manufacturing sector to fill a critical role in their finance team. We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Accounts Executive (AP) to join their team in Tuas, West Region. This is a unique opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to take ownership of the full accounts payable cycle and drive efficiency within a stable, growth-oriented company.

In this standalone yet collaborative role, you will report directly to the Finance Manager and be the master of the Accounts Payable function. You will leverage your strong technical skills, particularly in the Navision ERP system, to manage high volumes of invoices, execute timely payment runs, and ensure strict adherence to financial policies and tax regulations. Your ability to spot discrepancies, reconcile complex vendor statements, and build strong relationships with suppliers will be key to your success. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to month-end closing, reporting, and ad-hoc projects that directly impact the business's financial health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable processes using Navision.
• Handle high-volume invoice processing, verification, and coding.
• Execute bi-weekly and monthly payment runs with precision.
• Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Ensure compliance with SST/GST regulations and company policies.
• Assist in the month-end closing process, including preparing accruals and journal entries.
• Generate and analyze AP aging reports for management review.
• Support the annual audit process by preparing schedules and providing documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in an Accounts Payable function.
• Proficiency in the Navision ERP system is strictly required.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Knowledge of SST/GST regulations in Singapore is a strong advantage.
