In this role, you will report directly to our Finance Manager and be responsible for the end-to-end accounts payable process, including vendor payment processing, staff reimbursement handling, and other related financial tasks. Your expertise will help maintain our company's financial integrity and support our operations in Changi, Singapore.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end accounts payable process, including invoice verification, coding, and payment processing
- Process vendor payments accurately and within agreed payment terms
- Handle staff reimbursement requests, ensuring proper documentation and timely processing
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records and documentation
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Assist in month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders regarding payment status
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable or similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Previous experience in the security industry is a plus
