Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions
  • Process invoices, verify expense reports, and maintain vendor relationships
  • Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies in financial records
  • Prepare and submit financial reports to management as required
  • Coordinate with various departments to resolve billing and payment issues
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date financial documentation and records
  • Assist in month-end closing procedures and financial analysis
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in accounts management

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable and receivable
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards and regulations
