In this dynamic full-time role, you will take hands-on responsibility for a wide spectrum of financial accounting functions, focusing heavily on Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Treasury management, and Goods and Services Tax (GST) compliance. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes, ensuring accurate and timely transactions.
- Oversee daily treasury functions, cash flow monitoring, and bank reconciliations across multiple currency accounts.
- Prepare and submit quarterly Goods and Services Tax (GST) filings in strict compliance with IRAS guidelines.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and ledger maintenance.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and corporate secretaries to facilitate annual audits and statutory filings.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the finance department to enhance operational efficiency.
- Maintain proper documentation and systematic physical and digital filing of all financial records.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelorβs Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent professional certification (e.g., LCCI, ACCA).
- At least 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in full-set accounting or AP/AR/GST/Treasury operations in Singapore.
- Strong understanding of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and local tax regulations.
- Proficient in accounting software (such as Xero, MYOB, or SAP) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- High level of integrity, analytical capability, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
