We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Executive (AP & AR) to join the finance team at Recruit Express. This role is based in the vibrant area of Pioneer, West Region, offering a stable Full-time position with a competitive salary package.
In this pivotal role, you will oversee the end-to-end management of the company's Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable operations. You will be responsible for ensuring timely payments to vendors, accurate invoicing to clients, and maintaining the integrity of our financial records. Your expertise will directly contribute to the smooth operation of our finance department and the overall financial health of the company.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full cycle of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes, including invoice verification, processing, and payment generation.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations to ensure all transactions are accurate and discrepancies are resolved immediately.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports, including trial balances and reconciliation schedules.
- Maintain and update the company's accounting records in the ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Liaise effectively with vendors, clients, and internal departments to resolve billing inquiries and payment issues.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing procedures by preparing necessary schedules and documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CPA).
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience in AP/AR or General Ledger functions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel functions.
- Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Singaporean Citizens or Permanent Residents are preferred.
