Logisteed is seeking a proactive and meticulous Accounts Executive (AR/AP) to join our dynamic finance team in Changi. Reporting directly to the General Manager of Accounts & Finance, you will play a critical role in maintaining the financial integrity of our operations.
In this role, you will manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. Tanggung Jawab
- Handle end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions, including invoice processing and payment execution.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and verify payment vouchers for accuracy.
- Liaise with vendors and internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports, closing activities, and schedules.
- Manage credit control functions and ensure timely collection from customers.
- Support the General Manager in audit preparations and tax compliance filings (GST).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records in the ERP system.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (ACCA, CAT, etc.).
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an Accounts Executive role or similar capacity.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Hands-on experience with accounting software or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Xero).
- Strong understanding of GST regulations and basic accounting principles (IFRS/FRS).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with an eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively under tight deadlines.
