Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliation
- Handle accounts payable functions, including vendor payments and expense processing
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely completion of month-end closing
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements regularly
- Assist with financial reporting and analysis as required
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve accounting discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
- Utilize AWS and VB systems for efficient accounting operations
Kualifikasi
- Singapore citizenship (as required for this position)
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications
- Familiarity with AWS and VB systems is highly advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data handling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
