Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation and processing of daily accounting entries and financial transactions.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely billing and collections.
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure ledger accuracy.
- Support the month-end closing process, including accruals and journal entries.
- Maintain systematic filing of financial documents, invoices, and payment vouchers.
- Monitor and track project-related expenditures to assist in cost control reports.
- Assist in the preparation of GST/SST filings and other statutory compliance documents.
- Provide general administrative support to the finance department as required.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; LCCI or professional student members are encouraged to apply.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Familiarity with accounting software such as SQL, UBS, or cloud-based platforms is a significant advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple deadlines.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow within the accounting profession.
