Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions efficiently.
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and filing systems.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports.
  • Prepare and issue invoices, receipts, and other necessary financial documentation.
  • Reconcile credit card statements and manage petty cash accounts.
  • Support the finance manager during month-end and year-end closing procedures.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant working experience in a similar role.
  • Strong working knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Familiarity with accounting software such as MYOB, SAP, or QuickBooks is preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
