Tanggung Jawab
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely transactions
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and monthly reports
- Conduct bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian accounting standards (MFRS) and tax regulations
- Process payroll and manage employee expense reimbursements
- Liaise with auditors during financial audits
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of accounting experience in retail or corporate environment
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, QuickBooks, or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian tax laws and financial reporting standards
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Professional certification (ACCA, MICPA) is advantageous
