Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage full-set accounting processes including bookkeeping, financial reporting, and month-end closing
  • Oversee company secretarial duties such as board meetings preparation, statutory filings, and compliance with Companies Act
  • Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies for smooth financial operations
  • Prepare management accounts, financial statements, and budgetary reports for stakeholder review
  • Maintain statutory registers and ensure adherence to corporate governance best practices
  • Assist in payroll processing and employee benefits administration
  • Implement and improve internal financial controls and documentation systems

Kualifikasi

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related professional qualification (ACCA/MICPA/CIMA)
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in full-set accounts and company secretarial work
  • Proficiency in accounting software (MYOB/QuickBooks/Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • In-depth knowledge of Malaysian Companies Act 2016 and statutory compliance requirements
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
