In this multifaceted role, you will be the backbone of our financial operations while providing essential administrative support to management.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing daily accounting functions. Beyond the numbers, you will act as a key point of contact, ensuring seamless operational efficiency through diligent personal assistance. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full sets of accounts including AP, AR, and General Ledger.
- Perform daily accounting functions such as data entry, bank reconciliation, and cash flow monitoring.
- Assist management with calendar scheduling, meeting arrangements, and document preparation.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and ensure timely submission of tax filings.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth business operations.
- Maintain physical and digital filing systems to ensure compliance and audit readiness.
- Handle general administrative tasks as required to support the office environment.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting or administration.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, UBS, or similar ERP systems).
- Strong command of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay.
- Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and professional discretion.
- Organized, reliable, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
