Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger maintenance, and month-end closing
- Ensure compliance with Singapore FRS, tax regulations, and internal financial policies
- Prepare accurate monthly financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses
- Coordinate external audits and liaise with tax authorities for statutory submissions
- Oversee bank reconciliations, subsidiary ledger reconciliations, and treasury operations
- Support budgeting processes and provide financial insights for operational planning
- Maintain robust internal controls and documentation for financial processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (ACCA/CPA/CMA preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in full-cycle accounting operations
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel
- Deep understanding of Singapore FRS, GST regulations, and corporate tax compliance
- Proven ability to manage month-end closing processes and financial reporting deadlines
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
