AJBEST HOLDINGS SDN BHD is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive - F&B to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial records and timely reporting, directly supporting the company’s financial efficiency and regulatory compliance. We are looking for a proactive professional who can navigate complex financial requirements while maintaining high standards of accuracy.
As an Accounts Executive, you will play a key part in our day-to-day accounting operations. You will handle accounts payable and receivable, prepare financial statements, and reconcile bank accounts to ensure data integrity. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely payments and accurate recording.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, trial balances, and management reports.
- Ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements and company internal policies.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit cards, and general ledger accounts on a regular basis.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing procedures and audit preparation.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial filing systems and documentation.
- Support the finance team with budget preparation and variance analysis.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., MYOB, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of MFRS (Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards).
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
