PERSOL is currently seeking a motivated and analytical Accounts Executive (FP&A) to join our dynamic team in the Kallang/Geylang Bahru area. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation and consolidation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Support the annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes to ensure financial accuracy.
- Perform variance analysis between actual results and budgets, identifying key trends and explaining discrepancies.
- Maintain and update financial models in SAP to improve reporting efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to gather data and provide insights on operational expenditure.
- Assist in the preparation of management reports for strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal financial policies.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CA).
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas).
- Working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data accurately.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of coordinating with internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently while managing tight deadlines.
