Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full set of accounts including AP/AR, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursements
- Handle GST submissions and tax compliance documentation
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and recommend improvements
- Coordinate with auditors during statutory audits
- Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software
Kualifikasi
- Degree/Diploma in Accounting/Finance or equivalent professional qualification
- Minimum 2-3 years of full set accounting experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks)
- Strong knowledge of Singapore FRS and tax regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in financial reporting
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
