Tanggung Jawab
- Manage complete accounting cycle including journal entries, GL maintenance, and month-end closing
- Prepare accurate financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) for management review
- Handle accounts payable/receivable processing, vendor management, and collections
- Perform bank reconciliations, inter-company transfers, and fixed asset accounting
- Ensure compliance with GST, tax regulations, and statutory reporting requirements
- Assist in budget preparation, variance analysis, and financial forecasting
- Maintain internal controls and implement process improvements for efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent professional qualification (ACCA/CPA preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on full-set accounting experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, SAP)
- Strong knowledge of Singapore FRS and tax regulations
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
