Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full set of accounts including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with accuracy and timeliness
- Handle bank reconciliations, cash flow management, and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with Singapore accounting standards (FRS) and tax regulations
- Assist in budgeting processes and variance analysis
- Liaise with auditors and tax authorities during compliance reviews
- Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules
Kualifikasi
- Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in full set accounting
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of Singapore FRS and tax requirements
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
- Effective communication skills for stakeholder interactions
