Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full spectrum of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Prepare and submit quarterly GST returns accurately and within regulatory deadlines.
- Perform bank reconciliations and inter-company reconciliations regularly.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports for senior stakeholders.
- Handle tax filing requirements and liaise with external auditors during audits.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and manage monthly depreciation schedules.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CAT).
- Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in handling full-set accounts.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, SAP, or QuickBooks) and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and local tax regulations.
- Experience in GST submission and corporate taxation is essential.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and professional integrity.
