Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-set accounting functions, including GL, AP, AR, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, balance sheets, and P&L statements in compliance with accounting standards.
- Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) functions, including invoicing, aging reports, and collections.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met effectively.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely processing of month-end closing procedures.
- Coordinate with internal departments to streamline billing and client onboarding processes.
- Support audit preparations and ensure all tax filings are processed accurately and on time.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (ACCA/CA/CPA).
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in full-set accounting or client-facing roles.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, SAP, or QuickBooks).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to maintain professional client relationships.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Working knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and local tax regulations.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of integrity in handling confidential data.
