Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full sets of accounts, including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable (AR), and Accounts Payable (AP).
- Perform month-end and year-end closing activities in a timely and accurate manner.
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and bank reconciliations.
- Handle petty cash management and staff claims processing.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports for stakeholders.
- Liaise with external auditors and tax agents during annual audits and tax filing periods.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal financial policies.
- Support the finance manager in ad-hoc financial analysis and process improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (ACCA/CPA).
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in managing full sets of accounts within an MNC environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Xero, or MYOB) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across departments.
- Meticulous, analytical, and capable of working independently under tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
