Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and maintain full sets of accounts including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes with strict adherence to deadlines
- Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and variance analysis
- Assist in preparing management reports and financial statements for stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with Singapore FRS and tax regulations
- Coordinate with external auditors during audit cycles
- Implement and improve financial controls and accounting procedures
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CMA preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in full-set accounting
- Proficiency in accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks, or SAP)
- Strong knowledge of Singapore FRS and tax compliance requirements
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and financial modeling
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in financial reporting
