As an Accounts Executive, you will play a vital role in maintaining the financial integrity of our client organizations. You will be responsible for end-to-end accounting functions, including the preparation of full sets of accounts, month-end closing, and general ledger maintenance. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full spectrum of accounts, including AP, AR, and GL functions.
- Perform month-end and year-end closing activities to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Prepare balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and bank reconciliations.
- Handle GST submissions and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors for year-end audits.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
- Support the finance team in ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting tasks.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional certification (ACCA/CA/CPA).
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in accounts handling.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, SAP, or Sage.
- Strong understanding of FRS and local tax compliance.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
