Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full set of accounts including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and profit/loss reports
- Handle month-end closing procedures and bank reconciliations
- Process GST filings and ensure compliance with Singapore tax regulations
- Assist in payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements
- Manage vendor contracts and maintain accurate financial records
- Collaborate with auditors during statutory financial reviews
- Implement and maintain accounting controls and documentation systems
Kualifikasi
- Singaporean citizenship (mandatory requirement)
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of full-set accounting experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) and MS Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of Singapore FRS and GST regulations
- Experience with cloud-based accounting systems (AWS) preferred
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Visual Basic (VB) programming knowledge advantageous
