Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-set accounts including General Ledger, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Handle multi-currency reconciliations, specifically focusing on USD currency exchange and reporting.
- Perform month-end and year-end closing processes accurately and on time.
- Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports for management review.
- Assist with administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations and document management.
- Maintain proper financial records and documentation for audit compliance.
- Liaise with external auditors and tax agents as required.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional certification (e.g., ACCA, LCCI).
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in a similar full-set accounting role.
- Proficiency in managing foreign currency transactions, with specific experience in USD accounts.
- Strong understanding of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, or SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work independently with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
