Search Personnel is currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive to join our team in Tuas. This is a critical role that oversees the full spectrum of financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance in a fast-paced industrial environment.
As an Accounts Executive, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the financial integrity of the company. You will be responsible for end-to-end accounting processes, including month-end closing and regulatory reporting. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full sets of accounts (GL, AP, AR) to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow movements.
- Coordinate and execute month-end and year-end closing processes efficiently.
- Prepare and submit quarterly GST filings accurately and in compliance with IRAS regulations.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing necessary schedules and documentation.
- Manage inventory accounting, including stock adjustments, valuation, and reconciliation.
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure accurate recording of procurement and sales transactions.
- Assist in ad-hoc financial reporting and analysis as required by management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional certification (e.g., ACCA, LCCI).
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in handling full sets of accounts.
- Prior experience within the manufacturing industry is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, MYOB, or Xero) and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and GST requirements.
- Independent, proactive, and capable of working under minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in the Tuas region.
