You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting the finance team through critical reporting cycles. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage complete accounting cycles including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for banking client
- Execute bank reconciliations and intercompany account settlements
- Process payroll and statutory submissions (CPF, IRAS) in compliance with regulations
- Assist in GST filings and tax compliance documentation
- Liaise with auditors during statutory audits and provide required documentation
- Maintain financial records using accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks)
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Accounting/Finance with 2+ years of full sets experience
- Proven experience in banking/financial services accounting preferred
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Strong knowledge of Singapore accounting standards (FRS) and tax regulations
- Ability to manage deadlines in a contract/temporary environment
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to numerical accuracy
- Immediate availability for contract engagement
