Are you a detail-oriented accounting professional looking to expand your expertise into HR operations? StaffKing Pte Ltd is seeking a highly motivated Accounts Executive (Fullset) cum HR to join our team in the North Region (Senoko). This is an excellent opportunity for a versatile professional to manage end-to-end accounting processes while gaining valuable exposure to human resource administration in a stable environment.

As the primary point of contact for financial operations, you will utilize your proficiency in Business Central / Dynamics 365 to ensure financial accuracy and operational efficiency. We are looking for an individual who thrives in a 5-day work week setting and is eager for career progression within a supportive company culture.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage full set of accounts, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).
  • Perform month-end and year-end closing activities in accordance with company policies.
  • Prepare financial statements and ensure accurate reporting using Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Business Central.
  • Handle bank reconciliations, cash flow management, and GST submissions.
  • Oversee daily HR operations, including payroll processing, leave management, and employee records maintenance.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and variance analysis.
  • Coordinate with auditors and tax agents to ensure statutory compliance.
  • Support general office administration and HR-related special projects as assigned.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in managing full sets of accounts.
  • Proven proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Business Central is mandatory.
  • Basic knowledge of HR functions, including payroll and employee benefits administration.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
  • Highly organized, analytical, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with various departments.
  • Ability to commit to the work location in the Senoko area.
