We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Accounts Executive (General Ledger) to join our finance team in North Region. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain the general ledger with accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements and supporting schedules
- Reconcile bank accounts, intercompany accounts, and other key balance sheet items
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring deadlines are met
- Process journal entries and ensure proper documentation of accounting activities
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve accounting discrepancies and improve processes
- Support external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations
- Monitor compliance with accounting standards and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CMA preferred)
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in general ledger accounting
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks)
- Strong knowledge of Singapore accounting standards (FAS) and tax regulations
- Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proven problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing requirements
