Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate general ledger accounts, ensuring compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for management review
- Coordinate with auditors during financial examinations and ensure timely documentation
- Process journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end closing procedures
- Monitor financial transactions for accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis for operational departments
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting/Finance with 2+ years of general ledger experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or Xero) and MS Excel
- Strong understanding of Singapore GST regulations and tax compliance
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to numerical accuracy
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Effective communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
- Proven experience with financial audits and documentation
