We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to join our finance team in the West Region. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the financial health of the organization by managing core General Ledger (GL) functions, handling foreign currency exchange, and overseeing inventory management. You will be the primary point of contact for data accuracy within our proprietary systems, specifically AWS and VB.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain the General Ledger (GL) with high accuracy and timely processing.
- Handle foreign currency exchange transactions, including booking and reconciling.
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring stock levels are tracked and valued correctly.
- Utilize AWS and VB systems for daily data entry, reporting, and system optimization.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and variance reports.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related professional qualification.
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in Accounts Executive or GL roles.
- Strong working knowledge of foreign currency exchange and inventory management.
- Proficiency in using AWS and VB systems (or similar accounting databases).
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently.
