As an Accounts Executive, you will play a critical role in our daily operations by handling accounts payable and receivable, preparing financial reports, and performing bank reconciliations. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee daily financial transactions, ensuring 100% accuracy in accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies efficiently.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports for management review.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual tax filings and statutory compliance.
- Update and maintain the general ledger, ensuring all entries are recorded correctly and on time.
- Liaise with external auditors, banks, and other stakeholders regarding financial queries.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes to meet strict deadlines.
- Review and verify invoices for authenticity and correct coding.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of working experience in an Accounts Executive or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, SAP).
- Deep understanding of accounting principles, GAAP, and local tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
