Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full set of accounts including payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Handle billing cycles, invoicing, and ensure timely payment collection
- Ensure tax compliance and prepare necessary documentation
- Implement and maintain e-invoicing systems
- Monitor cash flow and prepare financial forecasts
- Generate monthly/quarterly financial reports
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1-3 years of accounting experience (fresh graduates welcome for junior role)
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Knowledge of Malaysian tax regulations
- Experience with e-invoicing systems preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
