We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our finance team in Bukit Jalil. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our financial records. You will ensure that our financial operations run smoothly, from processing daily transactions to preparing comprehensive reports. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage Full Set of Accounts: Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) to ensure all invoices and payments are processed accurately and on time.
- Cash Book Management: Maintain the cash book, prepare online banking transactions, and perform daily bank reconciliations.
- General Ledger & Journals: Post journal entries, manage ledgers, and assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of trial balances, profit and loss statements, and balance sheets for management review.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all accounting records comply with relevant statutory requirements and company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Education: A recognized Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related professional qualification (ACCA/ACCA/CPA).
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience for Senior; fresh graduates are welcome for the Junior level.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in using accounting software (e.g., MYOB, QuickBooks, Xero) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills with the ability to detect discrepancies and errors in financial data.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay.
